RPC Containers Halstead manufactures standard and custom designed injection moulded caps and closure systems for a wide variety of markets including food, personal care, vitamins, automotive, household and industrial chemicals.

Available in sizes up to 110mm, our range includes 2-piece spouted dispensing caps; flip top closures incorporating our patented Flexspring hinge system, child resistant closures (CRCs) and single piece squeeze 'n' turn (Squeeze Secure).

We offer full CAD in-house design, high speed foiling and wadding, high speed assembly of multi-part components with video inspection; and single to multi cavity tooling. Recent investments include real time monitoring systems for our production machinery and new cap stacking equipment. We also have digital camera inspection systems on all assembly machines.

The site is ISO, BRC accredited and recently gained the BS OHSAS 18001 Certificate.
