RPC Containers Halstead manufactures standard and custom designed injection moulded caps and closure systems for a wide variety of markets including food, personal care, vitamins, automotive, household and industrial chemicals. We have a wide range of stock sizes including wide mouth caps; 2-piece spouted dispensing caps; mouthwash caps; flip top closures incorporating our patented Flexspring hinge system; child resistant closures (CRCs) including vitamin caps. Offering complete design service we have successfully grown our bespoke closure business and have won a number of awards for innovative closures. The site enjoys high speed foiling and wadding, high speed assembly of multi-part components with video inspection; and single to multi cavity tooling. Recent investments include real time monitoring systems for our production machinery and new cap stacking and assembly equipment. We also have digital camera inspection systems on all assembly machines. The site is ISO, BRC accredited and also holds a BS OHSAS 18001 Certificate. |
