The re-launch of Deb’s wet wipes products features RPC Oakham’s lightweight pail solution, comprising a pail with handle and a lid with integral fitment.

 

Tailored to the requirements of the wet wipes market, RPC Oakham redesigned its tooling to reduce the amount of polypropylene in the pack walls, lowering the overall carbon footprint during manufacture and logistics alike. At the same time, the container height has been extended to better suit the wipes industry’s filling and lidding processes, while the integral fitment provides a smoother surface with fewer dirt traps, ensuring there is less scope for germs to gather.

 

Deb has switched to use of the 3 litre polypropylene pail across several key brands: the Swarfega Red Box and Swarfega Black Box for industrial degreasing and Cutan for the healthcare industry. The change is highlighted by RPC Oakham’s ability to deliver a coloured lid with fitment, enabling Deb to enhance branding across the various products.
